As long as the vendor room is open, there won't be a chance for us vendors to get away from out tables, not until we were sold out.
So that still might be an important point to keep the good mood of the vendors high ;)

That would be usefull to have a breack for lunchtime. Someone said we could help each other while one is eating but that give more works to the one helping, having to care about their table and the one of the person eating. And I think some vendors will be alone on their table. And about our money, it has to be someone we trust in, and except Nik/DeathPwny and Sui (and her boyfriend) who will be very busy I guess, I don't really know anyone in the vendor room. :/

Thats not completely true. There are Resturants in Ludwigsburg wich serve Vegan stuff, if you order it specificly.
There is a good Chineese near the Forum for example.
But i have to say you're major right.

The Rules for Food on the Galacon are strict, and thats ok. But as a visitor last year Galacon an a volunteer this year and a citizen of Ludwigsburg, I'd like to give you the advise to go to the resturants near the Forum, if you have the choise. The prices are much less expensive than at the Con.

hmmm sounds good vegan. I mean hayburgertime TWI! XD no serious I'd rather prefere vegen, altough I do my best to stay vegan due my alergic reactions on anything animal-protiene&soy-protiene, weath (which is very uncomfortable, so means patato, beans, rice vegetables, fruits&buckweiss/quionea or how to call it XD!) which is very sad (well good I am a ponyfan lol not eat ponies!I could live in Equestria:P)

I'd like to mention that you should update respecitvely clarify that paragraph of the rules a little bit.

- Ist allowed to bring a certain amount of water for personal need. Only water or one or two bottles of other Softdrinks?
- You should mention that a certain amount of snacks like Cookies, candy bars, or fruit etc for personal need is ok too.

Cookies, etc. for personal need is ok - if eaten outside or on the go (where NO carpet is) - the venue staff was not amused seing people eating in the event halls. And with the theater this year, if just one tiny food spot will be left on the chairs, we must pay extra for the cleaning.

For vendors we negotiated exceptions that they can eat at their table.
