The original free hoster "photobucket" changed their policy from free to roughly "400 USD per anno". Therefore all links went dead, as thrid-party-hosting was no longer supported. Dick move.
The userbars are gone for good, since I will not upload them elsewhere again. Sorry people.
Greetings people.
After I missed a feature displaying a user's location (for quick reference), I decided to add a Userbar to my signature to bypass this.
I suggested a feature in the common thread, but I know that the main administrators are busy with things atm (RL, GalaCon, other forums - the usual suspects).
Took me days (aka weeks) to realize: "Dude, just make more of these bars and give them out to the bros."
Yes brain, smart move.
So I sat down here and did a bit simple editing.
There's 23+1 flags for now, which should cover all users here so far.
Yours missing? Then inform me and I shall add to the pool.
Sidenote.
I decided on "Location: [variable]" rather than simply e.g. "GERMANY" or "GERMAN" for two reasons.
- You may live in one place but actually not be of such descendance and serious about it. Needs to be respected.
- Sounds too nationalistic and that's bah.
So the bar tells others where you are, for IMO that's what I wanna know in case we discuss matters which depends on localization.
So here's the phat loot (click for pic).
Recoloring the links went fail, it allows me to recolor only the first line. For whatever reason.

Nice job with bars :) although I prefer just plaintext note footer, these look nice. Sometimes I miss location feature too - a small flag instead of country name could serve well...
PS: Czech Republic, Slovakia are missing :)

Good effort on making these!
I'm guessing you found my sig somewhere, given that UK & Scotland are there, but no other UK nation!
I'm equally happy to be called British though. I usually just say I'm from Scotland to avoid being mistaken as English.

Any chance that I could get a U.S.A. one made up? I spend my time between there and Germany. I would appreciate it.

Is russia europe?
As I said in the startpost, short notice and I add one.
I went by the number of members that were active and said where they live back then.

Russia is Europe - (until the Ural) - also: They compete in the Eurovision AND the new Euro bills are in Russian.

Nope. They are in Bulgarian which uses the same letters as Russian. (Actually Russian borrowed letters from Old Bulgarian).
Anyway thanks for the userbar!
