Hello,
I've got couple of warnings and also looking at review sites that speaking English especially to staff in the IBIS Budget hotel which is the one where most of us are staying is not advised for the staff may not be so nice..

We will naturally try to learn some French words as a respect to the host country as well, however it would be nice to have a mobile phone number of anybody from the BronyDays staff/organizers to be a able to provide us a little guidance when it comes to issues and stuff like that..

Hopefully most of this is just a Smokes n Mirrors and we wont encounter much trouble, but since I will be handling a group of 14+ people of various ages, I would prefer to have as much back-up as possible.
