Never got any payment information. Will i lose my tickets?

Question 
Hi,

i bought two GC tickets via Animexx on Feb 13th, but never received any payment information . The order status is still "New" (Neu). Is there something wrong?

I already wrote to tickets@galacon.eu yesterday, but didn't receive any reply.
I'm slightly worried because the 14 day interval is running out on the reservation, so please forgive my double posting :)

Our ticket service receives dozens of e-mails daily, be patient, we will look into the case and post an internal reminder in our administration system.

Yeah, about that thread you just pulled out. That was from last year ;)
They actually got back to me via email before the reservation ran out, so all was good.

Have you tried to check your order status manually at: https://ssl.animexx.de/tickets/galacon2014/ ?
You need your order number or an Animexx account for that, though.

Don't worry, next to your order number is written "bezahlt"
That's german for "paid", so everything's ok , I suppose Happy

Probably not. At least I never got one.
When you place an order, before you pay, the status is "Neu" (New).
It changes to "Bezahlt" (paid) when they have succesfully matched a payment to your order.

So, this is as much as you will get without asking ticket@galacon.eu for manual confirmation.

Yes, it sucks that Animexx only does german :-/

In addition to the information at http://www.galacon.eu/tickets/, last year they sent a "visitor information" email at the end of July. It said:
Quote:Please go to the main entrance and show an ID card and a print-out of your confirmation email you got when you bought the ticket (if you don’t have the email anymore please write to ticket@galacon.eu ).

That worked like a charm.
But! That was last year, and please note that i am not on staff.
If you want any official statement how things are really supposed to work this year, better ask Weatherhoof here at the forum, or hit up ticket@galacon.eu or @gala_con.

They tend to have their shit very much together though, so i'll just trust in them giving us the information in time before the con.

If you paid per SEPA we send a mail like this:

Your order with the order no. "TICKET ID" has been paid.

If you paid per PayPal, you only receive the PayPal receipt.
