Depends on what you want to do and where you live?

e.g. Hasbro UK is pretty hard to reach for the BUCK staff, contacts with Hasbro Nordic will be initiated by the Crystals and we have a pretty good contact to Hasbro Germany, since we brief them about the fandom all the time.

Since there is no real communication between Hasbro Inc. and Hasbro Europe, there were some marketing flaws in e.g. the UK with the enterplay cards.

So the best way is: A serious e-mail or serious phone call.

Huh? Can you elaborate? Is Hasbro Europe just a licensee or a franchise or something?

Hasbro Europe is the continental office of Hasbro and in charge of marketing, legal issues and some licensing parts from Ireland to Russia.
